Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia
Changing a will after a death
After my grandmothers death, my grandfather had the will changed. He says it is what she wanted, but she did not shange it herself. Is this legal?

Re: Changing a will after a death
No, this is not legal. The only person who can change a will is the person who made the will.

Of course not. But this situation sounds so
strange, that I have other questions.
Are you sure it is not a trust?
Why would anyone pay any attention to the new
version?
