Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

if a co-beneficiary of a will is in prison does that mean I will act as trustee of will or do we have to wait until he gets out We are in Va.

If you mean co-executor, yes, as such you should have full authority to

probate the will and administer the estate of the deceased without

waiting for your co-executor to be manumitted from his current place

of involuntary abode.
