If a Deed of Gift was written ten years ago to all the children and then one of the children got the parent (at age 92) to do another will recently leaving the house to him only, does the new will supercede the original Deed of Gift?

The parent would not by will be able to transfer property which had been previously transferred by a deed of gift. However, if the parent had not transferred 100% of the property by deed of gift, the portion remaining in the parent's ownership could be transferred by will.
