Three way delima

Mother died leaving 2 adult children. Oldest - daughter, Next - son, last -daughter. Younger daughter is on checking account with mother. Son wants to settle estate. Older sister agrees but younger wants to leave her share to her only child. She refuses to sign. Both sisters have home and son does not. Afraid that if forced, younger sister will demand cash instead of sharing property. Any suggestions?

If the three beneficaries to the property cannot agree as to its dispostion, the executor of the estate will likely have little choice but to sell it and divide the proceeds among the beneficiaries.
