Dissolve a trust

Both of my parents died over 8 years ago. They set up a trust to be distributed at the ages of 25, 30, and 35. My family wants to dissolve this trust. How do we go about doing this?

It's unlikely that you would be successful in court in defeating the objectives of the trust settlors(your deceased parents)and in having the trust prematurely dissolved in apparent

opposition to what your parents would have presumably wanted to occur.
