Can someone hold up sale of property, because some inheriters has leins on them

but no leins on property or estate.

Apparently, it is possible, otherwise you would probably not be asking the question. However, whether there is a valid legal basis for such a delay allegedly occasioned by such personal liens, is another question which very likely would require much more information in order to accurately answer.
