Unclear as to what, exactly, you're referring to. The job of the executor of a will is to carry out the intentions of the testator (the maker of the will)which will normally be embodied in the written directives found in the will itself. As long as the executor appears to be carrying out this responsiblilty as any reasonable person would under the particular circumstances involved with the particular will at issue, heirs or beneficiaries should not attempt to interfere with the executor's efforts to perform the fiduciary duties which normally attach to his or her appointment as executor.
