If you are disinherited from your mother�s will and her executor is her boyfriend and now is unable to perform his duties as executor, how is next in line to execute the duties of executor? Is it me or is the boyfriend�s daughter.

One of you needs to petition the probate court to have a new executor appointed to replace your mother's boyfriend.
