i am executor of my mother's estate. ive paid probate fees and taxes. can i sell the house to anyone, including myself or one of my siblings? the will states that proceeds from the sale will be split equally amongst me and my siblings.

Yes, if not prohibited by the will itself and an honest attempt is made to secure a fair market value as a sale price for the property.
