If a Father dies with a will leaving everything to new wife, can kids from prior marriage make a claim if they were not mentioned or specifically disinherited? Thanks.

Sure, they could make a claim but it would likely go nowhere if the will

was adjudged to be valid and not subject to credible challenge.
