Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

My father has made my sister the remander man on the deed of the family house in Virgina. the house was being rented out and the renters have moved since then. They are rentavating the house now to rent it out again. My father told me any money put into the house will go back into CD's and put into the bank and it would be put in the will that all the money and property was to be sold and split evenly, but I know as well as my name is Joseph my sister is not going to do that. Do I and my other two sister have any say in this

You might consider suggesting to your father that he amend the deed to the family home to remove this sister as the remainderman along with the reasons for your suggestion.
