Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia
My father passed away and I am the Point of Death beneficiary on his banking accounts, is any of my siblings entitled to any of these accounts or funds? Do I have to give up these funds, since I am the only beneficiary named on the accounts?

If they are POD ("payable on death") to you, they are yours.
