my friend died recent he won the mass st. lottery he told me i'm in his will how do i find this out his brother is executor friend other friends say he told them all his close friends would be taken care of i dont want to ask any of them about this . they would think im after money. his brother and him never talked . what should i do

If the brother has probated the will his first responsibility is to inform all the heirs at law (relatives), spouse and beneficiaries under the will; if he has filed the will for probate you should have received or will soon receive that notice.
If you think he has probated the will and you have not received notice and you are suspicious, you can go to the Probate Office in the Circuit Court and request to see the will.
