Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia
a friend wants to probate a will in virginia, the deceased has been gone since 1982 and I think there is substantial monies in a trust. Is this possible?

Trust, what kind of a trust and for what purpose, testamentary (created by the will) or when the settlor (maker of the trust) was still among the living?
