My grand mother left me her house and everything in it,she left my uncle's living rights.I just found out my name is not on the deed,so my uncle think it's his house.What can I do to fix the deed,so my name is on it?

It all depends on the paperwork. You need to take what you have, your mother's will, the deed, the document that gives your uncle living rights, to an attorney and have him or her advise you.
