Grandmother's Will
My grandmother had a will prepared at a local funeral home, by the co-owner/manager, and he included himself throughout the entire will, as well as adding his name to house that she was to solely leave to her granddaughter. Can the funeral director prepare the will and include himself in it, and can the granddaugther obtain sole possession of the property without paying the funeral director half of what the house is valued at?

Re: Grandmother's Will
If all that you claim is true, this "will" should likely be void or voidable as a fraudulent instrument.
In fact it may involve a criminal violation of law on the part of the funeral director.
Better see an attorney in regard to this matter who is knowledgeable and experienced in probate law, and, then perhaps, the Commonwealth's Attorney for your area as well.
