Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

again with this on going hassle

My brother found out I am POA for mothers estate and all her finances,he does not like it one bit,so hes gonna try and make waves,he did not ask me to be witness to him getting mother a reverse mortgage,so I feel I do not own him any thing about my position,he has always wanted to be in charge of it all,and really wanted it so he could just put me out on the street.hes greedy,he has two homes,two autos and a Harley motorcycle,and mother thought it will be appropriate for me to be executor,and of the new Will which he does not know of ,I see that he wants the power of attorney and be executor too, in other word he wants all power period.and could care less if I end up out in the street,he tells me that we are to split everything down the middle,but I do not trust him period.so whats left now ,can he make another will,and another power of attorney,by taking mother to his lawyer.I mean this fued ,is starting to boil more and more.

This question has already been addressed; your mother will only change her will and POA if she makes the decisions to do so. (This forum cannot address all of the intra-family

squabbling and maneuvering which might cause that to happen.)
