Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

hiers right and means to obtain legal information on contested will

My brother is contesting our parents will for which my sister is executor. I am the third heir and am not involved in the dispute but I am also not getting any info on the proceedings and status from their lawyers or my brother and sister. What are my rights and how do i go about getting info to keep updated? It has been over 3 years since my parents death.

You might want to consider retaining an attorney at this point to represent your interests in this matter. Continuing on in the manner as you've apparently been doing without the benefit of counsel in this matter could result in another three

years of stalemate with no distributions to either yourself nor to the other beneficiaries.
