Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia
I have a home joint ownership with my parent (father & mother) and my brother. My brother just re-financed his mortgage and my parent is asking me to remove my name from the home ownership. My father keeps saying that I will get some money for that house after he passes away but no written paper. If my parent passed away, do I still get my share of that property? or is my brother going to be a sole owner?

I'd bet on your brother being sole owner.
