Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

My husband and his sister set up a trust in their names with their mothers money. If my husband dies before his mother will I be entitled to his share.

Would seem to depend upon what the trust itself says in regard to this

issue, but if it is silent on the matter, your husband's share might well revert to

the general trust fund and you would consequently receive nothing.
