Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia
My husband's brother (32 years old) lives in our basement. My husband brought him without my consent. He didn't even let me know he was moving in. His brother is not paying the rent or food or anything right now. Because he is out of job. Is there any legal way that I can request move him out? My husband of course doesn't want to. But I am stressed out in my own home all the time.

Assuming that your brother owns every bit as much of the marital home
as you do, he has the right to invite anyone to live there he chooses, including
his unemployed (and non-rent paying) brother.

Correction: Assuming that your "husband" rather than brother, is the way the first line should read.
