Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

inheritance recovery strategy

I have two wealthy sisters. I have

been in poverty my whole life, now

welfare dependent at 69 yrs old.

Poverty is not a legal reason to change a will, nor mental illness.

Dad excluded me from his will for

not communicating 40 yrs. Everything went to my sisters, they

shared nothing. Sister A obtained

No Contact Order, preventing any

further communication.

How do I get my share? My fear of

my dad prevented me from calling him, however he was unaware of my mental illness.

What will get me a share of the will, desparately needed?

Re: inheritance recovery strategy

I'm afraid that if "Dear old Dad" deliberately excluded you from his will (for whatever reason)and that he's now passed on, it's now too late for you to do anything about getting what you perceive to be your rightful share of your deceased father's property which apparently he devised and bequeathed to your two sisters.
