do they have to be listed on a will.??my husband has 2 iras that were 401 rollovers.me the wife is the bendficary. we have a son. do we need to put on our will if anything should happen to both of us at the same time it should be turned over to our son. hes 21 right now.or would he automaticlyy get it?? we are in process of writing our will.. thanks,, pam

Yes, this possible circumstance should be accounted for with your son as the beneficiary named in the will which you are now writing.
