Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia
the judge entered an order on July 25th for me to replace a deceased executrix of an estate......how long do I have to go to the clerk of court and sign to accept it??

The order itself should give some indication but if not, call the clerk's office of the
circuit court involved (probate division) and ask.
