Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

Land left to 1/3

300 acres were left to me and my 2 siblings in equal 1/3. The land is not divided up yet. one of them has poster a no tresspassing sign and a privet road, keep out sign on the land and has threatened to call the law if I or my other sibling step on the land. I would like to know if she has any right to leave the sign up if me and the other sibling want it down.

She has no right to keep you off the land. All three of you have an undivided 1/3 interest in the whole, not just a right to be on "your third."

If she persists, invite her to call the police, but have your deed or the will or whatever gave you that 1/3 interest in hand and show it to the police. That should stop her in the future.
