Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

I live in Virginia Beach, VA, and am wondering if you know the names of any Trust litigation attorneys in my area that offer a free initial consult?
I am one of three children who are a beneficiary to our deceased mother's revocable living trust. The only trust asset is a home. She died in 2009 and my estranged brothers are the Trustees. I've sent certified letters requesting an update but got no response. I've learned the home was sold in April 2009 (230K) but they've refused to disburse my 1/3.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

It would appear that you need to sue these estranged ones in the local circuit court for your share of the proceeds from the sale of this home.

Unfortunately, I am not sufficiently familiar with the attorneys in the Virginia

Beach area to suggest a referral, but you might want to contact the Virginia

Beach Bar Association's Lawyer Referral Service to get a few names of lawyers who handle civil litigation matters in that jurisdiction and who could

advise you on your case situation for a nominal fee (used to be around $35).
