Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia
When a lawyer or bank includes Estate Administration in its list of services, does this mean it is willing to be listed as executor in one's will and to then administer the estate as executor when the time comes? Or does it mean the lawyer/bank will work with the executor (someone else) but not actually be the executor?

Your question is a good one but as far as I understand it, the law firm or bank advertising this kind of service could do either (if it so chose).
