how do learn the process for selling heir property?

Make sure that the required Affidavit of Heirship has been filed
with the appropriate probate court and the deed properly amended to reflect
the conveyance of ownership of this property from the decedent to the
new owners (the heirs) before any attempt is made to sell it to
an unrelated third party.
