A standard testamentary bequest/devise accurately described in your properly executed will should suffice, but, unless this new relationship has been tested by the passsage of a reasonable period of time, I would not, if I were you, rush into anything with respect to the foregoing.

Note: The prior answer assumes that you have a

Property Settlement Agreement(PSA) with your husband in effect in which there is provision for the disposition of all of the marital property which can be accounted for from your marriage and that there is also agreement in this PSA as to how any other major financial matters deriving from the marriage are to be settled, including the issue of spousal support(alimony).
