Re: dont know what to do?
If you're the administrator of your parents' intestate(no will)estate, you're responsible for paying whatever legitimate claims of creditors are presented for payment for debts owed by the estate,
even if that means selling the trailer owned by your parents in order to pay these claims.
Re: dont know what to do?
You are not responsible for the debts left behind by your parents EXCEPT that their money and property should be used first to pay off their debts and only what is left remaining passed along as inheritance.
Children are not personally liable for the debts of their parents.
However, children also cannot inherit money from their parents that should have been used to pay off those debts.
Most people do not know what to do when they are made administrator. Feel free to ask any additional questions.
But debt collectors will continue to badger anyone connected to the debtor and try to talk them into paying the debt.
