Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

I am in a legal case over my mothers will (with my half sister)and her competency and was there undo influence. I also am having issues with my fathers estate and his 2nd wife who is the executor The commisioner of my fathers estate works in the same office as the half sisters lawyer and there has been direct communication between the half sister and the 2nd wife regarding the cases. The half sister has entered evidence that the 2nd wife gave her. Is ther a conflict of interest?

Could be, perhaps, but your better course would be to consult

with the attorney on these issues which hopefully you've hired by

now to represent you in these various matters which are very likely

to be outside your range of competency to handle on your

own without such assistance.
