Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia
I live in a home that is owned by my living trust. My daughter is the trustee of the trust when I die. I have re-married (my first wife died) and I want to make sure that my current wife can live in this home for up to two years before my daughter could force her to move out. How do I do this?

So, give her the unequivocal right in your will to occupy your home for at
least two years after your death.

Correction, I meant to say "give her the right in your trust" rather than will.
