I live in the state of Virginia. Can an attorney licensed in the state of Alabama prepare my will for me?

The preparation of a will for another person normally invovles what is considered the practice of law. Consequently, if the Alabama licensed attorney were performing this exercise within the confines of the Commonwealth, it would seem construable as the unauthorized practice of law(in my opinion). This, of course, assumes that s/he was not licensed to practice law in Virginia.
