Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

I live in the state of Virginia and my boyfriend is pulling 30 days due to probabation violation...he had the choice to pull 30 days straigtht or pull weekends. He chose to pull weekends, is there anyway he can change to pulling weekends for the rest of his time?

I think you mean change to straight time. You can try, but it will likely take some time and money to do it. Good luck.
