Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia
I live in VA and am an heir to my father's estate. My eldest brother is executor of the estate since my father died without a will. He is now handing over the title of executor to another brother of ours. In order for this to happen do they need my signature approving this change?

No, not if the court involved has already agreed to an order for the change.
