Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

Not married to childs' father

I noticed on single with minor child that was downloaded that it says never married. I have been previously married, divorced for a number of years, but not to my childs father. Will these forms still work for me?

Re: Not married to childs' father

If you're referring to a will, the forms should work(assuming that they're properly completed) for your particular situation if you have no other surviving offspring from your prior marriage.
