Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

I have a mobile home on heirs property in Virginia. I placed the home on the property 28 years ago. The land belongs to my father in laws family, and has been heirs property for over 40 years. There are four other homes on this property. Can I rent the mobile home?

Assuming that you had permission (and still have) from the owners' of the land under your mobile home to place the unit on their property, then you should

be able to rent it out to whomever you please unless one or more of these

owners is now objecting to the idea.
