Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

My mother and her brothers/sisters have heir property left to them by their parents. Now my Mom is nearly 80yrs, and her children would like her to sell the property, but we dont' know if she needs consent from the others.

Yes, your mother along with her other siblings(if competent) must consent to and sign the necessary paperwork for the sale of this property.
