My mother died and left her house to me she has extensive credit debt and the house isn't worth much can they put a lien on the house?

No, your now deceased mother's creditors cannot

simply record a lien against this property for arrearages still

owed on her credit cards but rather must submit their claims

to the executor or administrator of her estate as debts now owed to them by the estate as any other creditor with a claim against her would have to do.
