Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia
Mother died, no will, mother wanted to be buried with her mother, youngest of 2 daughters cremated mother. Youngest daughter will not share any information. No house, apartment and contents only and a bank account. Mother lived in Astoria, NY (11105). I live in Virginia (23060) and am the oldest of two children.

So, your question is what; can you somehow legally force this daughter

No, probably not (in my opinion).
