my mothers home

my mom died last week, she didnt have a will but i am the beneficiary on her bank accounts. what happens to her home?

You should inherit the home, if you're her sole surviving relative. However, you need to go to the clerk's office of the local probate court and ask to file papers to be appointed adminstrator of your mom's intestate estate so that whatever she left in terms of property(including the house) or unpaid bills and taxes can be properly taken care of.
