Motion for Judgement

Was served with a Motion For Judgement from my deceased Aunts estate. I need to know what a Motion for Judgement is and if I need to answer it.

A Motion for Judgment is similar to a Complaint that initiates a lawsuit. You should retain counsel to assist you in preparing a defense to the plaintiff's claim, because if you do not, it is entirely possible that the plaintiff will obtain a judgment against you by default.
