Mu parent's living will questions
I am married and live in the state of VA.
My parents live in CA. My question is if
something happens to my parents, who
have a living trust will currently, is my
portion of the estate community
property?

No, unless the trust specifies that your portion
of the trust will be determined as if you were a resident of California.
