Partition Suit

Can I sell ownership in a property I inherited so another person can file a partition suit, as to not upset my brother and sister in law, who have 75% ownership(I have 25%)?

Yes, assuming that you hold title to your ownership interest in this property as a tenant in common, you should be able to sell your interest in the inherited property to whomever you choose and irrespective as to what this person may intend to do with it.
