Person dies in VA with no Will and has no children; spouse, parents & siblings all deceased. Only neices, nephews and cousins remain....who is next of kin in line to inherit? Thank you.

Per Va. Code Sec. 64-1.1, the descendants of the deceased siblings, i.e.,
the nieces and nephews of the decedent would appear to be
next in line as fourth level distributees to inherit in equal measures from the
estate of the decedent as described.
