Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

POA and beneficiary change

I was POA for my grandmother who has passed. I made changes to beneficiaries she had on some annuities as her POA. Can this be contested, even though it was with her consent? Also, thank you for answering my previous question so quickly!

Re: POA and beneficiary change

Sure, just about anything having to do with the probate of an estate conceivably might be contested, but if no plainly improper actions can be shown on the part of the person with the POA,

who has acted within the scope permitted by the instrument, nothing should come of any such actions to contest.
