As power of attorney how do i handle heer will when she dies???

You don't; your power of attorney ceases to be legally effective upon her demise.

You handle her will only if you have been named in the will as executor. If she has no will, you may be able to get appointed the administrator of her estate.
As stated before, your authority under the power of attorney ends upon her death.
