Power of Attorney while Mother is still living

I have power of attorney of Mothers Finances, but my brother has found out about it,and I think hes maybe going to see if he can get Mother evaluated, and find shes not competent, and ask me for a copy of that POA,which I feel is not very smart if I were to do so.whats your opinion

Give your brother a copy of the POA; he's not going to be able to change it through litigation unless your mother wants to change it. (And, no, your mother is very unlikely to be found "not competent" with respect to any matter or issue which a court might be reviewing involving your mother.)
