How to become a power of attorney ? How to get a will?
I need to know how to become power of attorney over my elderly Mother,I also need to let her make a will.

An attorney might help with both of these. Your Mom's capacity to execute these documents might be relevant. A Power of Attorney may ge general--or specific to particular transaction(s). Your mom may also want to consider a Medical Power of Attorney which is governed by anentirely separate document.
