Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia
Probate of my fathers will
my brother and I were not listed as beneficiaries on my fathers will but 3 siblings and a current wife have been listed. Do I as an heir have any right to part of my biological fathers estate?

No, assuming that the will is valid and your omission as a named beneficiary from your father's will was deliberate on his part and not the result of duress or undue influence exerted upon him by others, I would surmise that you're without a remedy for this apparent disinheritance.
